Ron Paul - Racist

Well, it seems that the Republican Party is harboring a racist. His name is Ron Paul. Remember, the Democrats are the racist party, always have been, always will be. I have not really looked into Ron Paul's past or anything because he was completely against the US invading Iraq and is for isolationism. Those two wrongheaded views were enough to turn me away. Come to find out, as late as 1992, he was sending out newsletters with stuff like this regarding the LA riots: "Order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the blacks to pick up their welfare checks three days after rioting began,"

Or regarding the changing of racial policies in Africa: "destruction of civilization" that was "the most tragic [to] ever occur on that continent, at least below the Sahara"; and, in March 1994, a month before Nelson Mandela was elected president, one item warned of an impending "South African Holocaust."
