Barry Obama's Foreign Policy Advisor Admits Barry's Incompetence

Everyone that has a brain knows that Barry is a moron. That subset of people possessing a brain does not include his foreign policy advisor, though.

The semi-retarded moron, Dr. Susan Rice, is in no way kin to Dr. Condoleezza Rice, the competent Secretary of State in the Bush Administration. Susan is a former idiot savant from the Clinton administration that oddly enough is not in jail. That makes a whole ONE of Clinton's advisors and staff that is not in jail or dead by some mysterious means, by the way.
