We have all heard that old saying, but now, there is a new standard. The new standard shall be, from this day forward, "Dumb as that woman from Orem, Utah." She locked herself IN the damn car. I bet you five million dollars to a day old donut, she is voting for Obama. Only Obama backers can be this damn stupid.
