A Question for Above 80 IQ Adults Only

Since the Left has always been the folks to want government controlled <-insert weird shit here-> why is it that they alone think that the government is illegally tapping phones, blew up the World Trade Center, started an illegal war against those peace-loving Iraqis, blew Valerie Plames deep, deep undercover work to punish Joe "I'm a Dumbass" Wilson, is trying to steal oil, is giving tax-cuts to only the wealthy, wants to destroy the planet with global warming, is going to attack Mackmud A'manassholidijad and Iran, approves of institutionalized racism, hates polar bears, blah, blah, blah, the list is literally endless.

How in the world could they want the government to take over medical services? Don't those ideas seem contradictory, completely, utterly, and mind-numbingly?

I am just asking, I don't want anyone to get their feelings hurt because they cannot think.
