Verizon network FAIL! Dude! No internet! What do I do now?

UPDATE: My blark-a-web was down for almost the entire day. Verizon has a big ol' beatdown coming. And when I told them to just give me a new card to use their service instead of the Alltel service that got switched over this weekend, they informed me that there was a FIVE GIGABYTE limit per month. Dude, I download that much a FRIGGIN' DAY.

Needless to say, after chunking every human being (including other customers) around in the Verizon store for two hours, my web-a-blark-a-sphere magically works now. SHOCKA!
