I had to look at that picture four...teen times to figure out what it is. Is it a fountain which has been frozed over?
It is indeed. It still has water coming from the top, too, the owner cannot turn it off and it is freezing as it comes out.
It really does look awesome though.
I unnerstand that a goatload of goat farms in Arkansas and Ozarks Missouri have "Shoot On Sight" posters up, to keep FatAl away from their goats...after a Gorepoke, they become libtarded and useless.
